About Us

Lupine Meadows will be Bangor’s Premier Condo/PUD development designed and developed by Sites Realty. These Bangor condos are located within a quiet country setting at 811 Mt Hope Avenue in Bangor, Maine, close to hospitals, downtown, and the mall. Lupine Meadows prides itself on custom work and will alter the floor plan to accommodate individual tastes. Intricate details highlight the quality of the craftsmanship in these homes, which are custom built by Libby Brothers.

Since 2008, Sites Realty has been developing Bangor condos. The most recent community was Meadowbrook Ridge, located at 745 Mt Hope Avenue and beginning on Chickadee Lane. Meadowbrook Ridge is known for quality built homes and beautiful aesthetics inside and out. All homes in Meadowbrook Ridge sold as soon as they were built and continue to have a strong resale value.

Lupine Meadows will be very similar in style to Meadowbrook Ridge, except there will be only 7-8 duplex homes within a smaller community. The homes will be situated in a natural setting with beautiful landscaped grounds, surrounded by forestry.

The standard home will consist of 1600 square feet on one floor with a large open concept, living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite and master bath, guest bedroom and full bath, office/den, foyer area, and laundry room. All homes are built on a full foundation and have an oversized 2 car garage.

Each buyer of these Bangor condos will have their choice of hardwood floors, cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and light fixtures. Tray ceilings, upgraded molding, crown molding, sky lights, solid wood doors, and gas fireplaces are all standard features at Lupine Meadows.

The use of natural gas and energy efficient appliances helps to makes these homes economical. Snow removal and lawn care are also provided by the Home Owners Association (HOA) for a low monthly maintenance fee.

Lupine Meadows is part of a planned unit development or PUD. This means that you own your own home and the land it sits on. The rest of the land is equally owned by the HOA with no outside profit management. If the home owner does decide to sell, they can set their own asking price and choose their own real estate broker without approval from management. It is truly a stress-free lifestyle.
